Yes and no, looking at the WWS points structure...They're trying to entice guys by looking at the picture for the end of the year point fund, I don't think they throw money directly into weekly purses (although I could be wrong...)

These tracks should come out with a common payoff pool (example Flamboro runs a 100 Late Model Special $3000.00 to win Delaware will be running a twin 75 ( 150 Laps ) with the winner getting  $2500.00 to win )

This seems to make sense....If not a common pool, at least keep both tracks on par with each other regarding weekly purses, rules and the like should suffice....Of course, that would require co-operation from Mr. Casale, which would almost kill a plan like that dead in the water...

Why should Mr. Casale have to co-operate, he's the one paying the higher purse. Would you have him lower the the purse?
He's the one who has been running the class for years - why didn't Delaware adapt his rules instead of coming up with their own.
Why would Mr. Casale want to emulate Delaware - he's the one with a full field of cars - not a half field like Delaware.
Why would a Flamboro driver come to Delaware - so they play follow the leader?

I'm not suggesting for him to switch over to anything Delaware does. All I'm getting at is his past reluctance to work with other tracks/teams or to take the advice of others in order to boost his own product as well. In other words, it requires him getting past the idea of other tracks being enemies to the idea that other tracks can be potential allies. Delaware has some things to do on their end, don't get me wrong, but as long as Mr. Casale can keep from going it alone, things can work.

Reading that, Flamboro obviously has the bigger jug of Kool-Aid.

I don't know anything about purses and such, but I'll go along with Mobil1 in the sense that Flam and Del should at least work out some scheduling that would benefit both.

For example, both tracks have nights where LM is off the schedule. So why is it that Flam has regular LM shows on the night right after the PartSource 14o and the APC twin 75s. But Flams giving the LMs the week off BEFORE the twin 75s at Del, which does nothing but keep Flam guys away from the twin 75's. This is what Mobil1's getting at.

Maybe they could work a little closer is all we're trying to say. Dels at least trying to play ball.
