I have chatted with some guys in the States and they say its a very bad idea to let 16V into the class. Most classes there are split up, RWD or FWD.
well if anything they should do a seperate division for FWD cars! but then what would happen to the charger class??? I think they should just leave it all alone.
Most classes there are split up, RWD or FWD.
Why would they do that? they all seem to run well together @ Barrie. Is the RWD seen as an advantage?
I saw a few 16v cars run at our track last year and at best there where mid pack cars
Splitting the RWD and FWD won't fix the 16v argument.
FWD and RWD at most tracks I've been to have been pretty equal. It's the valvetrain, and engine teching that seem to serperate things at certain tracks. IMO.
Flamboro, Barrie, GBS, Sauble...The tracks I've run this year havent had much of a seperation between FWD and RWD, at least that's not what the difference was.
