It did change but if you look at going from 100 laps to a more sensible 50 laps I think it was $650 to win but don't quote me on that. 100 laps for thunders is to much especially at $ 140 a tire and wear and tear.

50 laps still sounds awsome, 100 would have been too hard on a few of the older thunders.Cant wait for those sun. aft. shows.

For those who are going to Sunset this Saturday, Thay HYPE Energy people will be there sampling product and should be give aways.

I really like the double headers on long week-ends still don't know why they were abandand in the first place the late model shows will be fantastic. And the rain dates art something I have wanted for years and so far the new group is outstanding and the future at Sunset Speedway is clearly brilliant the changes talked about at the meeting will blow everyone who visits away I can't wait for the transformation it will be fun to be a part of. With the changes in place Sunset will go back to it's glory days when you had to get there at 6 pm for a 7 pm show. The best thing Mark said in my mind is a target of a 3 hour show any longer peple lose there interest especially parents with a couple of kids over by 10 pm fantastic.
