I agree with thunder on one point...what was the 68 thinking?  That was a long time after the fact when he smoked into 99?

However, clearly 31 caused the mess.  I dont' think it was intentional but on the video its pretty clear.  I don't think a black flag was necessary though.  Just to the back works as the call to me.

99 Rick Walt was leaking fuel BEFORE the crash. 31 DanHollander might have touched him but that car was going around before he hit him. Look for the nose drop on the 31 that's when the driver hit the brakes. I'm surprised the 31 didn't get spun out from all the fuel the 99 was dropping. The fuel was visible before where the 99 hit the wall and that car got looser and looser every lap.

If the 99 was Leaking fluids maybe thats why the 31 hit him maybe he couldn't stop, same with the 68 car who also didn't stop and ran into the back of the 99.

2 laps before the 99 got punted he looked a little loose in turn 3 & 4. I watched the video again and it looked like the 99 was recovering from the spin in turn 4 and he hit the 31 and hit the wall. The 99 car didn't look good in turn 3 & 4 watch the video before the crash.

Did the official make the right call I would have to say yes as the 31 did give him a tap which started the spin but the 31 did look like he recovered a bit and cam across the front of the 31 which sent him into the wall.

It's a though call as it happens so fast and the 68 you hear the guy saying in the video was he sleeping and Spencer seemed shocked that the 68 ran into the 99 after and we had no clue that he couldn't stop because of the fuel spill. From what I can see I didn't see any fuel leaking before the crash but then again the video is not clear enough to see if it was.

Here is another question you could ask, why didn't other slip on this fuel if the 99 was leaking fuel before the 99 spun?

he is the problem the cars have no radios so if the 99 was leaking fuel on the track. No one could alert the flag stand.
