They do that all the time. At the APC300, when Kawartha use to do the late model "Summer Sizzler" and at Autumn Colours for the late models. They do it the US as well cause ACT does it too.
ACT "oh boy", maybe Tom Curley should keep his nose out of Kawartha's racing; he had a series here in Canada one time that fell on it's face big time !
He is one of the best promoters in north america ,all racing fell on it's face at the time everything goes in cycles.I have no problem with the rule when the pits are on the outside of the track.

not true as there's other people that have got killed at non-restrictor plate tracks.
