As a pit regular at Kawartha and a spotter in the LM as well, I would have to agree with slapdown.  I would like to see a up and coming racer challenge the likes of 71 and 9 but reality is who has the time or the money that these 2 do.  You can have the best driver, but if he doesn't have decent equipment, he is avg like evryone else.  71 spends all week long on his car.  Slapdown, how much time is Brian working on the car during the week?  2 nights the most??  Tires are another concern for lm drivers at kawartha.  You can never get any consistency in getting the tires that may work good on your car.  9 buys a ton of tires through the year.  I personally think you will see Hooker and Shaw show up this year at the sizzler.  ACT rules just would not allow them to even qhalify.  Am I correct Slapdown?
