The biggest SUCK of the night award goes to David Elliott. The 37 car gets black flag in the heat for taking out Mcginnis,so he will be stating dead last in the feature. He come outs for the feature, refuses to hot lap his car, parking it in the infield by the starter stand, after the hot laps are done, takes the green and pulls off the track.
Poor performance from someone who is capable of much better then that. ::) ::) ::)

larue - Maginnis (and his questionable engine) spent the first heat bashing the right rear of David's car. Then, going into the first corner of the first lap of the second heat, the 03 pulls a bansai move and turns left into David again (making it 3-wide) and wrecking the rest of the right side of the #37. Maginnis spent the next couple of laps trying to spin David off every corner. Elliott decided he had enough, let Shane go by, then dumped him. David knew full well that he would get the black flag and restart at the back of the field (since that was what the officials said would happen in the driver's meeting), but he wanted to show the "Flamboro Bully" that he wouldn't be pushed around. David restarted at the back and climbed back up to 2nd by race end.

Flamboro officials...in their infinate wisdom...decided that Maginnis' lap 1 bansai move was, in fact, Elliott's fault and the retaliation spin of the 03 was his "second" rough driving incident of the race. So they DQ'd the #37. David has seen this inconsistency in officiating at Flamboro for years and it is the main reason he is now running at Delaware. Rather than getting back on track with a weapon like Maginnis and risk having a top-5 points car at Delaware wrecked, the team decided to run one lap in the feature, collect last-place money and say good riddance to Flamboro.
