We all race for second now behind Dave. Then if Burrows comes its third.lol.
dont see a lot of non flammy cars showing with the my way or the hwy rules
going by those rules my car has to weigh an extra 300lbs with me in it kinda redundant for me to show to run mid pack at best. 😉
no Falkens either fellas....our motor is alredy out, the year is done but we may come down to watch...when they dude gave me the flyer he told me no roller heads and no 16 valves....

You can run the Falken Ziex 512s but not the Azenis. There is no 1/8" tread depth rule at Flammy though. Also you can't bring your shaved heads with the oversized valves and big cams in your 'stangs cause Glen can pick those out just by sound alone.
charger: I didn't go to colours worrying about running mid pack. I just went to race. This event will pay at least $30 to everyone who starts the 'A' main in minis, and at least another $30 if you start the 2nd one. $60 is a heck of a lot more than I got at Peterboro and the admission is half of what Colours was.
I read an interview once of an elderly, retired racer whose name I can't remember. What I do remember about the interview was something that prods me everytime I think about staying home from a race. The guy said " Race every lap you can. Don't stop 'til you can't race anymore. When you do quit you will never regret the laps you never ran."
this is true pitman but i can't blame charger for not wanting to run mid pack weighed down by 300lbs heavier than he has ever ran without knowing how the car will react to the weight for a november race at a place nicknamed "slamboro" lol. that is if he doesn't want a project car over the winter...
