Just wondering what NASCAR promised Delaware for a car count for the Labour Day Event.
I was talking to Ted Christopher at the Lee Speedways ISMA event last Fri night and he said only 10-11 guys had confirmed they were coming. If so I hope NASCAR uses the chrome horn on a few more guys.
If any one here is tight with management, maybe pass this on and they can double check. I'm not trying to start anything but Ted didn't sound very confident.
Our understanding is that there will be at least 20 participants in the event, or more. NASCAR & Delaware are doing everything within our power to ensure an excellent event. Every indication I have received from NASCAR indicates we are in for a good showing for the first Canadian event.

That's good to hear, I think it will be a great show. I've followed the supers and the modifieds since as long as I can remember. It has taken way too long for them to finally show up here. I hope you guys get a great turn out. My friends and I will be there.
