Hello everyone,
The Ultimate Sandblasting & Coating Chaos Cars are gearing up for their third season of competition this Saturday. Here are a few community notes:
- It has come to my attention that Grand Bend Speedway is not regularly running four-cylinder cars beyond a pair of invitational and that there are a few of these drivers who have been interested in getting involved with the Ultimate Chaos Cars. If interested, I would encourage these drivers to contact me in hopes of finding a fit in our programs (john@delawarespeedway.com).
- I am also aware of one driver who is searching for a window net, fire suit and helmet to use in the opening event only. If there is anyone who may be able to help out in this regard, I would be happy to forward your contact information to this driver.
- If you are, or are aware of someone who is constructing a Ultimate Chaos Car but has not made contact with myself yet please encourage them to do so. I would like to touch base with you / them before their first-ever event regarding tech times and gate information and to answer any questions they might have.
- This Saturday will mark the launch of the Ultimate Sandblasting & Coating Chaos Car prizing system which was in place at the season finale last year. More information can be found on the info page here: http://www.delawarespeedway.com/nbchaoscars.php
Best of luck to everyone this Saturday for the season opener. Remember to bring a sign or banner to cheer on your favorite Ultimate Chaos Driver! It's sure to be an exciting event - - don't miss it!
All the best,
-John Houghton
