Its been a while since we took stock of the "state of the nation' so to speak, and I just wanted to put some feelers out to the Delaware community at large, just to see if there's any other ways that CRO can help enhance the experience of being a Delaware race fan/crewman/driver.
So a few new developments that are upcoming:
-First, of course, we're excited about the Pick 3 Game and the prizing that Delaware has granted to us, so that will be happening this year. Stay tuned for more info on that.
-Second, I have managed a work schedule that will allow me to do Shadow Reports same night. Last year I had to do them later on Sat, but this year we'll be doing them that night like in the old days.
-3rd, I'm going to be instituting a Power Rankings system somewhat like Spencer Lewis does for IT, so we'll have monthly CRO/Delaware driver rankings in which drivers in all 4 regular divisions will be ranked against each other as one big pool of drivers rather than by division...and purely for conversational purposes...so that should be fun too.
So We're pretty excited about some of this stuff, but are wondering what everyone else thinks.
Question 1: Are we doing OK?
Question 2: Is there anything else you think we should be doing?
Question 3: Anything else on your "would be nice to see" list?
(And no, we won't be repealing the Code of Conduct - name calling, disrespect and swearing are still out...sorry guys. ;))

That all sounds Awesome for this being just a message forum. Not many other forums that I've been a part of go to the extent of prizes, power rankings and indepth chats. It all keeps me comming back 4 or 5 times a day!
And for the Record, you work pretty hard for this place, Trevor. It doesn't go unnoticed 🙂
What you've posted seems great so far, and honestly have little to add from my end. Possibly a designated tech forum page, exclusive to Delaware. Most teams don't reveal too much, but a tech Q&A page would be cool.

I'll have a think on that. See, we're also trying to avoid having too many sub-forums. (we went down that road once) But agreed, its almost like every track needs their own tech/classified forum.
Not that I'm too concerned. Winter has always been slow here and it always picks up once the season starts. That's normal. Basically, I'm trying to figure out how to KEEP everyone coming here and draw some new folks in too. I know a few of our old regulars aren't posting here the way they used to, and I guess I'd like to figure out a way to turn that around a bit.
And thanks Tyssen for the compliment. Its work I enjoy, and Delaware has been keeping me sane for 40 years. This is the best way I have to pay it forward. 😀
