Very curious to see how the "appeal" process works. As I have read it you get to appeal to the race director the very person who placed as much trust as can be placed in racing so that's a lost cause and you have no recourse at all to nascar so where do appeals even have a chance

I like Jeff but my understanding of the rules are if you screw with a crate you are gone for a calender year.
What I read sure sounds like someone was screwing with a crate.

Ya but look at the first of this year LMFAN when someone else was screwing around with  a crate. Nothing did ever happen with it...tech guys stick to your word !!!!!

The Rule 24 infraction (ignition system) is a common rule for all trucks.

The Rule 44 infractions (valves and intake manifold) are under the 'Built Engine' section, so presumably he is running a built engine.
