POST RACE TECH NOTES:
As a result of the post race technical inspection conducted following the Demar Aggregate Truck race on Friday September 9, 2011 the 56 truck team has been found in violation of the following rules:
NASCAR 12-1, actions detrimental to stock car racing.
Delaware Speedway General Rule 7 Behavior
Truck rules:
24-4 deliberate tampering with the msd ignition system.
44 d-1 under cut intake valves
44-F-1 non approved intake manifold.
In accordance with Delaware rule 22-7 and 22-10(general section) the driver, and owner have been disqualified from this event.
The team owner Mr. Jeff Showler has advised the technical committee that he will appeal the penalties as listed above as per the 2011 Delaware Speedway rules.
Its about time this cheating wreckless driver got caught ;D ;D ;D

in my opinion dougy cheating is cheating whether its your night or not! i mean really its not toys when its blatent!!!and it another to get caught with 1 thing not 5!!!!!!!
