Let me make this clear to you and all the ass kissers who posted how great you are to call me out
I don't give a FLYIN PHUCK what you or any other whinner at Delaware does or builds! as a whole
no I wont PM you cause I don't care what you say or do....I hope that is clear for you
If not just go to the start of the page and get someone else to read it to you and explain it for you
Go Canada Go ;D (F1 Really LOL that's your dream JR) head director is that a new position you just made up Jack? Bernie Ecclelstone is the President and CEO of Formula One the only way to get that job is BUY it (know anything about buying a job Jack? 😛 ) and just so you know a CEO is Chief Operating Officer..... and learn how to spell you appear very undereducated
I'm not sure someone accusing someone else of being undereducated is entitled to do so when calling a "CEO" a Chief Operating Officer (which is a "COO") when it is indeed a Chief Executive Officer.
you are correct and there is other things in that post that only the observant would see.......but alast I will not diegress..and point them out as shadow has asked for I have moved on in the thread and hope all will move on...I dont hold a grudge anyway wrong sport for that LOL ;D
most guys running built motors out there could afford a crate and have spent more on the built. I dont think anyone is talking about the guys who run mid to back of the pack who are just trying to be there and have some fun
you state two Facts that I think everyone agrees are TRUE
how bout ways to help the guys at the back enjoy the feeling of a win any Ideas anyone??
I know one thing that was done for invitationals this year at both Sauble and Barrie Speedways was to put alot more cash at the bottom of a payout instead of top loading it......and I know there was alot of Delaware cars at Sauble as it was a Late Invy that paid $400 to start and $250 Tow and enjoyed a full field of 24 with 2 cars that did not make the show and it was a great race.......The race at Barrie was also a Great race but I don't think any Delly cars were there as it was a Limited Late Invy and it Paid a strong $350 to start and I believe it was 20 cars that took the green in that one
I wasnt talking Lm cause I think that class is so far off on what it should cost. Im talking the 2 good class's ss and trucks.

I guess I should have made that more clear I too am speaking of Truck and SS?THUNDER classes......I was just trying to point out what it took to get a very full field at Sauble and Barrie....I guess I should also have said That the Dash for Cash at Sauble was also well attended with a full field but only 1 Delly car made the trip for the SS/THUNDER Races. ..... so if the cash is there for all more will make a trip that is not so much out of pocket to Delly and other tracks......it was The Idea(not claiming it was mine cause it wasn't)of spreading the winnings around more bottom heavy that I think can help any class at any weekly meet
Still the question remains any Ideas to help make these classes more afordable which will inturn make all cars more competitive and that inturn makes the racing more fun for competitors and a better product for the track and that means more fans and that = new race teams......what is needed is easy its how to get there that is more difficult
As one of the "backmarkers" (mostly it's from the truck breaking all the time!) I must say I'm intrigued by the tire inventory rule. I ran with a couple of sets in the hauler but every single one is a used tire from the 28 or 77 Super Stock teams... Don't get me wrong, the Hoosiers are pretty cool and they're not excessively pricey, but still, the budget isn't there for us, not yet anyway.
So, what, you limit each Truck or SS team to one new tire per week? What if a tire gets cut down, does the replacement count as your one tire?
