The way I see it is its 5 grand to win at the best facility in Ontario so its pretty simple ... show up go racing ... it is still the Great Canadian Race ... 200 laps of late model action ... anything more then 20 cars would be a success because the 20 that are there are high quality late models ...

Was it not $10,000 to win and $ 35,000 for 3 years running prior to this ?

Well, bucking a 29 year tradition is going to be an experiment for sure.
However, as always seems to be the case, if you get all the Delaware regulars, plus the irregulars like Verhoven, Powell, Watson, etc, then it'll be a good show. Visiting drivers are just gravy.
(although, I've often thought that some manner of sweetening the deal for invaders might work. Say like X000 dollars to the top finishing driver, but he has to be in the top 10 in points at a different track....or something like that.)
I'm just sorry that work obligations mean that I'm gonna miss it this year. Shadow reports aren't as hotly anticipated as they've been in the past, but the one for the 200 is still one that a lot of guys wait for. 🙁

Huh ??? Where did you get that idea? I've been waiting for last weeks all week!
