A few weeks back, we were told to throw our input to the track on paper. For those of us, who hasn't done so yet... Please let's recommend some resurfacing. It's no secret the walls are bad, and the track  has gone almost completely one laned... These two things would improve things for us. I know it's hard for the track lease holders to throw this kind of money down. Probably because they are profitable without doing these upgrades.

Just a though I had, and hope you guys remember to add your input to the track

I couldn't agree more the track needs a facelift and so do the walls.
But don't forget with new pavement comes more speed.
So when you write down you ideas make sure you have a plan for what else needs to be fixed.
The cars will be roughly 1 and a half seconds quicker on new surface and the current safety measures of our cars won't be safe.
With more speed comes more money.
I think if the track gets resurfaced it need to be made smaller or we need to slow the cars down.
The main question is whats the best solution without someone getting hurt or a huge cost factor for the teams

LMFan Obviously you never saw the track when it was brand new 1/2 mile I did. Are you trying to say cars were'nt safe then ?? The idea is to make the track & walls safer the rest looks after itself.
