And now all we need is the schedule. I know we probably won't get that until the meeting, but it would be nice to schedule holidays/days-off from work early in the year.

lol...you can please some of the people some of the time... 😉
I am glad they are letting the ss go to rear disks, we are going too fast for drum brakes. I was going to convert to a firebird to get the rear disks but I am not going to worry about it know. Only problem is that the guys who have c clip eliminators, better axles, and spools for a gm rear end are going to be stuck with that, but they are still not a bad setup. Only questions I have about the new rule are whether the ford nine inch rear end will be allowed to have a spool, how much can it weigh, what are the specs on the brakes, etc. etc. Sounds like we need to do a little clarifying but at least I am not going to go out and buy stuff for a gm 10 or 12 bolt.
I know I'm pushing for the schedule, but my missis is asking me a boatload of "" when we going away"" questions. I love my sweety, but she's killin meh!! :-X
9. For 2011, rear disc brakes will be allowed on any vehilcle however only in cases where they are installed on a
full floating 9” rear end assembly, and will have a weight penalty applied.
What the hell does that mean ???? does that mean only 9" cars get rear brakes. If so it should read:
For 2011 cars equipped with a 9" rearend and full floater axles may be rear disk equip, however a weight penalty will apply ;D
Man it sounds like a lawyer wrote it
