I can vouch for the Have Bus experience.  I've been with Doug and his gang a few times now, and they were all tremendous experiences.
If you've never been to a NASCAR race before, or don't like to camp or drive, then there is no better way to go.
If you already have tickets, let him know and he will give you a price for bus and hotel only.  His fleet of buses are awesome and while I have yet to experience the Supercoach, I will.
The other tremendous aspect is that by the end of the weekend you will be a family with everyone that goes on the trip.  Last year I must have ran into 10 people that I had travelled on Have Bus adventures with at places like Delaware and Mosport.
As for weighing in on cup tracks, The Rock was THE BEST, hands down.  I had to go all the way there to meet The Crowd Peaser, and I know he'll agree with me about it being the best track.
After the cup cars quit racing there, my favorite is now Dega, and of the non-gimmick... er ... restrictor plate tracks, Atlanta would be tops on my list.  Fast and lots of grooves.
I'd put Darlington third, Dover fourth, and Bristol fifth.

Why don't I go to NASCAR races more often???

If I was a smarta$$ I would say it's because slow boring grocery getters suck eggs!!!

However,the real reason is that I don't like the direction the series has slowly taken over the last 2 decades.I feel it has become more sports entertainment using motorsports as a theme than the racing series it used to be.More about shlepping sponsors products than being about stock car racing....

Plus,the COT is an absolute abomination of a race car,with or without a wing...

Give me midgets,sprints,Silver Crowns,or,SuperModifieds over anything with a fender any day of the week!!!
