The $3000.00 to win was cash not Grisdale Dollars

You state Delaware is trying to play ball well if they are why do they not increase there win purse to $3000.00 for the Twin 75 to
match Flamboro. You said as for Flamboro owner not playing ball well both tracks are not then. Why Delaware can pay a King Of The Hill winner $1000.00 to but can not increase their purse.I know this is a business but when you give the winner $1000.00 and you can not increase your main show (Late Models ) you will have a problem and that is why the Late Model counts are down at Delaware.Again people have to sit down and talk ( Both Tracks) or there will not be a future
Again, if the track had told Throne Kings "Thanks, but we're going to spend your money where we want to," I can almost guarantee that that would've been the last 1000 bucks the track would have got from them. In a perfect world it'd go to weekly purses, but ultimately you have to work with what you have (mind you, you can go and look for more to have yourself, but thats a different story...)

Huron Produce put up the 1000 for the King of the Hill. They probably shared the feeling with a lot of others that it was good idea to get the street racing off the streets. If anyone wants to put up money for a particular division, then that's where it should stay.
Only the government would take money ear marked for a particular project and put it in general revenue.
Giving King Of the Hill $1000.00 to win (Sponsor Money ) that is fine but can you tell me that this track ( Delaware ) with what it makes off this night of this event can not increase its purse from 2500.00 to 3000.00.Remember this track has one more event ( $1000.00 to win King of Hill ).Again I know this is a business but to make money you have to spend and what is $500.00 when you (track ) make big money on these nights. Come on Delaware time to sit down and talk to other tracks and find out if you (Tracks ) can find a happy median in this problem.
Remember if a track can pay $3000.00 to win a 100 Lap race why
can another track pay only $2500.00 to win a 150 Lap (Twin 75 )
Makes no since .As a driver why travel a couple of hours to make
$500.00 less when you can make more at your home track ( Flamboro ). Remember Delaware you have already lost a few drivers from the London area to Flamboro and other tracks.Your car counts are small (Late Model ). Lets do it now or this group ( Late Models ) will be a thing of the past at Delaware. Hope not
I really don't think $500 is the difference. Much more to it than that.
But...can anyone provide the payout breakdown? Sure, $3000 to win compared to $2500, but how do all of the other positions pay? Just my opinion, but I think the overall purse and breakdown by position is far more important than the money to win.
