allways liked russ erlin as a kid too i think it was mainley because one night he wrecked comming out of two and after the races one of the brooks boys and i walked aroung the track and about that spot in two i found a crushed gas cap and i was convinced it must be off his car as a kid i didnt know about fuel cells and stuff this was just a plain old gas cap but it had to be his. i think somewhere deep in a box i still have it .

George Wall for me, in the Big V car.... Cheered for him before we raced there. When we first starting racing at Delaware George was good to us, we ran his used tires on the modified. Yes some of us actually ran used tires?!?! Helped me a lot with the tricky half mile.

I started working at the track for Tony in 1995, so it would be unfair (because us in the media don't have favourites), to pick one from after that date.  The Robblee's are family, and while I cheered for Steve as a youngster when he was in a Street Stock growing up (again, openly, because I was still a fan at that time), since he's still active, therefore not eligible for this poll, I'll have to say Wayne Keeling.
He had awesome looking cars, was a very clean driver, and then he drove for Larry Knott in the 'Hilltop Hauler' which cemented the deal.
