intake question for enduro cars

A GTP would be fun, but you would need to put that car on a serious diet. Front nose weight is astronomical, and would push like a John Deere furrowing a field. I'm not saying it isn't do-able, just a ton of work on the fabbing side of things.

Unlike the Honda/Acura cars, those W-bodies from GM are hard to remove weight. Another good one would be a Nissan Sentra XR version with the 2.5 litre. Hyundai's are light, but gutless.

Is there a weight rule for the division?

Can you cut out what you want to lower the weight, and then bolt in some lead for the handling?

So how do you figure it out, and what happens after the fact?

My brother is looking at building a car but needs a lot of help with the rules and direction...

I have herd that the tech guys will travel to offer assistance, do you know if they charge for this or not? ( we are on the west side of Hamilton)
