What does "Delaware built" mean? Is the track in the motor building business? (no problem with that...just wondering)

Not sure, maybe it is part of the rule change?

That engine option has been in the rules all season. Its the Option 3 in the rule book 34-1. I believe its very similar to the built engine for the super stocks with a couple differences.
