This one statement solves a lot of problems.
During qualifying, cars can return to pit road for adjustments with tires on the ground. No car to be jacked up
without an Official present
There are a few other rules that would catch concerns expressed here I think.
This is also interesting

leaves a lot to interpurtauion...
weight has droped for this race.... but the rule book has a different weight, and the first 100 laps are for points?
who is running the ward out there???
looks like they have all the bases covered. Should be fun to try and adjust a couple times to blast off a quicker lap.
Hats off to the to the track for posting some rules today too that should end the engine debate for a while. If they can just commit to the fact that they run the place, not us, the future of the Speedway might look a little brighter.
What does "Delaware built" mean? Is the track in the motor building business? (no problem with that...just wondering)
