im finshing building a chaos car, but i have no attached muffler becaus it has rusted off. DO i have to re attach it?

It does say in the rules that you have to have one, But it doesn't give you an advantage if you dont have one. So I say no, leave it off. At this point we'll be happy to have another car run with us. We run a muffler but it doesn't do squat.

Rules are rules guys i would do what they say it would suck to show up and get turned away its happened to guys before
