I'd leave it stock so its still energy absorbing, You can still weld the adapter on for a pop off wheel

You need to get a steering wheel puller and pull of the the wheel, Partsource rents them out. You buy a steering wheel hub and quick release set up and weld it on the shaft. Then you buy a bolt on wheel and there you have it a pop off wheel!

JWO is right, Partsource has em, or a harmonic balancer puller set up right can do it too. Buy the quick release adapter, if ya can, makes life easier, if you are on the heavier side.. to get in the seat.
