Plum bobs are used for measuring, so obviously you haven't built many things with measuring devices...... Hang a couple up and use that said tape measure between them... anyway.... and the jig? again... use previous tools and make marks in your driveway and measure. That thing called math in school was important to build things....

Obviously, you are looking to argue, and all i will do is state facts. I am a licensed mechanic, who also worked in one of THE BEST off-road/custom shops that were here in london. If you would like to see my old resume on fabricating, you can go to any Southwestern 4X4 club meet here in London, and see my frames, rollcages, fabbed bumpers, winch systems, hydraulic steering, hydro braking systems, and the list goes on. Also check the JEEP club, pretty sure they would help you as well. All done without a jig, just math, preparation, patience and yes the occasional screw up until the MATH works.

Anyway, I am done with the silly thread here, even though it started with good intentions. I love racing, and I think you are soured to it. Everyone feels the pinch/cost of racing, but you are just being an antagonist now. Maybe it's the beers talking on your end, or something bad happened to you.... who nows. Personally, most people disagree with your points because you are just not nice with your production of them. So, if you want to be heard without the flamage, which honestly I think you want anyway, be nice just saying.

ooch but true I have been at delly for 30 years on and off building your own thing back then was something for sure and it still can be done today . math and thinking go a long way
