If Jessie is running as an invader, then he will not earn any Delaware points. Correct?
That could drop him to 12th or 13th in the point standings and would be a shame after being one of the 5 fastest cars all year.

Well I think you have to concider a few things:

1. he can't win the championship
2. the best he can finish is 3rd.
3. The payouts - for each 25 and the points race

what you really want is to win the APC 300. If history repeats itself as it has most of this season, the 25 lappers will be wreck fests and is it not better to start closer to the front with an undamaged car for the 300... if my mind is working accurately ( and no one here should rely on that..lol) I beleiver only 6 or 7 cars actually have finished on the lead lap of these 300 races. I sure would want to start close to the front with a good car...

At this point in time who is it that decides what constitutes a TRUE invader in the APC/300. Just what are the rules that determine this.
