The List on Delaware site now has� Chad Rijnen listed twice (3 & 7R)� so not sure if we gained a car...and just the same name was typed twice, or it's just a mistake.
At this point in time who is it that decides what constitutes a TRUE invader in the APC/300. Just what are the rules that determine this.
Is a competitor who has taken points in the current 2009 racing year considered the option of being an invader in the same class?
Don't quote me on this but I believe its any car conforming to the rules that is not registered as a Delaware regular. Because the KFC number 5x is not a registered car then it is concidered an invader...I think.. Shadow is usually the expert here on these matters...LOL

I'd hazard a guess that it probably falls under a percentage of races attended. Guys like Spicer, Clark. Vanderwyst, Shaw etc who came out a few times are probably classed as invaders. Kennedy's still technically in the points race, so I'd guess if you peeled off the 5x and put a 10 on it, then he'd be classed as a regular. If it goes with the car, then probably invader. Decisive huh?
Only thing I would bet dollars to doughnuts on, is that they probably haven't decided yet....and likely won't until they see what kind of turnout they get on Sunday. If Jesse's truly not worried about points for the day, then he's better off in the invader race I think.
Hell yes...I think we are all better off in the invader race. One 25 lapper with and a good chance for the outside pole..

Yes I guess you could say a summer of laps around that old beast of a track does have it's advantage over a true invader at 25 racing laps.
