I think we need something fresh and new to watch on Saturday nights as well as the regular classes. Varney can pull off Pure Stocks, Street Stocks, LLM, Chain Races or Van Races, plus King of the Hill all before midnight.

i definitely think the 4cyls should be one class. the challenger class in the 90's was a great division. hey smartass, heres my ten: tyler hawn, chris morrow, derek downey, dave mclean, trent stoltz, dave lewis, ron tracy, chris alderdice, jimmy blackstock, don jacobson........ get that into ya!

all i'm saying is either start a new division or open the thunder class right up and let us run the chevelle or camaro clipped cars. i just can't see spending 5-7000 dollars making my thunder a next gen, just to be competitive, when i can buy an old late model for around $3000-$4000.

I know Gord Shepherd & Brad Holden have old challenger chassis taking up room in there backyard. I think you would have to up the LLM class to LM with the bigger crates to have a place for a challenger class though.

basically, the next gens, running built motors screwed the class up; causing this dilema. or have a 45% rear weight rule, that would slow them down in the corners.
