I thnk Chance already deserves it..he got a late start on the year and if you saw the motor he was running at the start of the year you would agree....Isherwood deserves it imo

Ken or Chance. Rumour is Donny isn't a brand new rookie in the division. He may not have run enough races in previous years at track but this is what I have heard. Barring that is true Chance and Ken would be battling for the TRUE rookie
If you really want to talk ROOKIE this is KENS first year on a race track and in a race car HOW much MORE of a ROOKIE do you have to be?... He's got my vote if there was a voting system for sure.
