Shepherd was a little slow so Dwayne Made his Move and got to the door of Shepherd and cut down on Dwayne so yes Dwayne was a little disgruntled about it

The witness marks on Shepherds car from the incident were limited to the back of the rear quarter only.  The door (brand new last week) was totally untouched so it wasn't at all difficult to call that.
I heard that Kyle got a good look at it just outside the tech shed a short time after the incident and was trying to diffuse the situation in the Baker camp.

the Baker issue was just a race incident,that didnt  go his way  ..from  my  point of veiw he touched Shepard under caution  ..so the official did the right thing  ..and  black  flag  him  ..now u have  to ask why he  wouldnt  leave  the track after he got the flag ??????..

what i really want  to know is what happens to the 4 cylinder driver (45) for getting out of his car on  the track.    ?????

My take on it was,baker should have let off as gord did have the lane still,when put to the back he did in fact go to the high side before the restart and glue himself to gords back bumper,nudging him all the way. Officials did pull him over under a red flag condition now , and from where i was sitting it did look as though when the official leaned in to talk to dwayne and the next thing you see is the official picking what i think was his hat up from the track.He still would not leave the track so they started the race anyways,at which point dwayne left the track via the on ramp.Maybe the officials should have given him a second and explained what they saw instead of being so heavy handed. JMO

  >:( Yes Heavy Handed!!!,, and iff they did take a min Baker would be back But everyone I have talked to can Clearly see that The New so called officals are letting ther positions go to thier heads  it was a dum move on BSW part....JMO..
