good thought Spencer....yes your right! then they should just leave it alone! Maybe run the way it is for another year or so to see how it goes and then make a decision on what to do from there!
Currently, yes Spencer it would. But everything has to start somewhere and we have great ideas like the TQ midgets and Canadian Vintage Modifieds because some people went ahead and tried something new, and it flew (or kept something old going with new direction).
I have a better idea! everyone has to run the same size fuel cell in a 4 cylinder and everyone keeps going until they run out of the fuel! the last car running wins the race! either then or build some rusty old dune buggy and put a crappy rusty old snow blower engine on it and build it out of wood. drive straight at the wall and see how well the machine holds up!
The way I would want it to work is the Charger class would become the original Pure Stock Class and than The"A" Class would become Pro 4's and the classes would be totally seperate. Look at the classes right now isnt that basically what its like now anyways? I just think that its kinda weird to have two classes in a class thats supposed to be a beginner class in the first place? right? Not that i dont like chargers i think its an awsome class...but its the same as PURE stocks always used to be...entry level.
well the only issue with that is that if some faster more experienced guys didn't want to run pro 4's then they would dominate if they stayed with the charger drivers. See my point? the Charger thing is based on how good a driver is and new drivers or guys who haven't won anything are usually gonna be in the lowest division. If you put somebody with skill in there cause he doesn't wanna fork out the bucks to go pro 4's then it's defeating the purpose of the charger class!!! besides they would never have had to split up the pure stock division if was policed to the fullest extent from day one. They let it get out of hand and that's why it's split up the way it is! But just like Thunder6 says. If you wanna do a pro 4, why not just go race thundercars? pro 4's would almost be as fast and it would make the track look stupid with 4 cylinders going the same speed as 8 cylinders! don't think the track would go for something like that cause it may be hard then to get a division sponsor for the thunders! the track is a business! Gotta think of it like that first! I know some people may be interested but I don't think it will fly from a business point of view.
