see what $$ actually ends up getting paid out in the end I dont care who you are,a race team,a race fan or even a race sponsor,this sure goes a long way to making racing that much more exciting this coming race season. 50 GRAND in monies possibly being paid out is a lot of money no matter how you look at it. If McColl and Stefco run the series they ran last season and with the shootout series that Sunset is going to run this season and with the increased prize funds for all the drivers that run regularly at Sunset,it sure looks to me that there is a lot of potential money to be made no matter who you are or what class you run in. If Barrie ran an opposite night like friday night,the potential for local drivers making money would be endless,especially if they came up with a combined overall points fund for the guys that ran both tracks full time.

I should clarify (sorry for the confusion). When I meant start, I keep on thinking of when I get to the track. The earliest a lot teams can get to a track after work is 7. Which means pushing back the start time of racing to 8 PM.
Yes there are teams that can unload, prep and practice in time for a 7 PM start (depending on class) but there's just too many other variables - travel, traffic, family commitments, etc..
If Barrie wanted to make it work...you start at 8, run one heat...no trophy dashes or consis or anything....B feature for ministocks.....get it done by 1030
Shawn, make 20 bucks your minimum payout for your 13th place lol...Look what happened at Varney...``everyone come back to the gate and get your 20 bucks back`` .........if it was JUST crew and fans that had to do that, alot less aggrivation.
In which division you running that you got $20 for 13th? Last I saw the lowest payout was $50, plus your TOW money? No matter what division your running.
