Another thing like Ted was saying, run different nights for Barrie and Sunset. The tracks are to close to each other and draw from each other, and lets face it you cant do that becouse this isnt hockey, its racing, and there are only so many race fans around. Racing isnt Canadas bread and butter.
Maybe you can run Barrie Friday and Sunset Sunday? Then switch halfway through the year......I dont know.
Then each track would have more cars every night, at least a few more.
The biggest issue now with this is you have to change gear now to run both tracks. I know its not a big deal to some guys to change gears, but alot of guys just cant be bothered with it.
Allow guys to run after market tranny's, popular in the U.S. LLM / LM divisions. Many offer a .23 gear split. That won't work with crates. Or as some tracks are now allowing, quick change rear ends, making swapping gears a 15 minute affair.
Is that including heats at barrie?
