I'd go with the Neon... but I'm a Mopar guy. I'd run a Mopar in TC if I could find a straight torsion bar car to build from... The "J" bar cars aren't as good.

I had a 150hp twin cam 5 speed '98 Neon street car and it surprised a LOT of Hondas.

NEON are you kidding me???? I wouldn't drive a neon if my life depended on it.... I blew up 2 neons in less than an hour both engines completely fried... thank god they were rentals however they were fairly new cars... finally they gave me something different after the second one blew up...I believe it was a CHEV product!!!!

There isn't even a debate to this one, its Honda all the way, at least at the big tracks...
