are all mini stock mustangs running 345 gears with a 5 speed?
That is the gearing that I used when I ran a mustang a long time ago.I think that is still the preferred gearing. Some have also tried the 3:27 rear gear and/or 4 speed trans. If you are coming from barrie to varney,I would just drop down 1 tire size on the rear tires and you should be good to go.Also expect to be loose,so a couple of different sized tires to change your rear stagger would be advisable.

i ran .345's with a 4 speed last night and was hitting 6200 and 6300....ran pretty competetively...I probably coulda used about 400 more RPM, but no biggy...i was basicaly flat footing it through 1 and 2....that prolly helped RPM
I used to crew on a T.Q midget, we loved to run here 'cause the more stagger we had, the better it was..put lots of gear in it, and run it at 8500-9000 all night long..
varney is our bristol !!
