"It's been a pretty productive day. We started off with Richo (Steve Richards, co-driver) in the car with a water pressure problem, but the guys got on top of that quickly and it didn't hold us back any further. Our two practice sessions were a little bit up and down. In the first session, we only opted to use one set of tyres, which probably hurt us in the overall standings, but we learnt a lot. In practice two, we opted to put our second set of tyres on and right at the end we put a good set on just to see where our baseline is, like everyone else. The car was responding and I think that we're working pretty hard to make the car flow nicely and make it easier to drive, which it wasn't to start out with. We've ended up with a good car and I'm really pleased to be fourth. I'm a little disappointed in my lap - I know there's a little bit more in me and the car, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow."
