"The car feels really good to be honest. In the first practice session we got our head around the direction we wanted. Richo (Steve Richards) was comfortable in second practice session. In the last session we had a good run doing simulated qualifying. The car was really good, I was just triggering the sensors on the back chicane, so I probably lacked a little bit of confidence at the end and didn't go through there at the speed that I wanted to. We've got a little bit of work to do, but I think it's more in my style and my line more than anything. The car feels really good, so I'm not too disheartened, but it would have been nice to put a proper lap together. It's looking positive for tomorrow."
STEVEN RICHARDS
"We did a race run on one set of tyres in the second practice session. The car felt pretty good and the balance was great. We made one change mid-session to try and alleviate a bit of exit oversteer, which made the car feel a bit better, so I'm happy. I've got my eye back in after Bathurst and I'm ready to go racing tomorrow."
