It was $30 to get in to the pits at Peterborough tonight to watch Hanley lap all but 4 cars in the Oscaar race.

If you want to bitch go to Ontario Place today and I pay $25.00 just to park your car in the parking lot. So these race prices are a great bargin any day.

As for Ontario Place.......now thats a cash grab if there ever was one.........but since you admit to paying the $25.................guess your the sucker there

Normal OSCAAR event = $20.00 GENERAL. This was a show that included 50-Lap OSCAAR, 30-Lap Super Stock and 20-Lap Mini Stock

Velocity 250 = $30.00. This includes 50-Lap OSCAAR, 75-Lap LM, 50-Lap SS, and 35-Lap MS.

In comparing those, this price increase can be expected and like stixs showed, Sunset's pricing is right on par, if not better, than other tracks.

However, I do agree that the Sept 12th pricing is a little overboard.

prices seem fair to me considering pricing at other tracks for various special events are all fairly close.

The 250 I have no problem with, $30 is about the going rate for fall speicals and what not..theres plenty of racing that day..$30 seems fair.

September 12th seems to much...considering this was a "last minute" deal...and I for one will be suprised to see more then 10 LM's for the race..I hope I'm proven wrong but we'll see.
