That wasn't a dig at Tom. Just saying it seems there may be alot of paybacks coming at the Classic from and against alot of drivers, not just Tom. I just hope it doesn't turn into a wreck fest like last year but with the competitiveness of the LLM class, I doubt that's possible.

Honestly I think there are alot of Tommy haters out there because of the fact that he is a winner...because he has won lots, and theres no stopping him... I am not going to sit here and say that he is not a aggressive driver because I know he is...but hes not the only one out there...as to what I saw on Saturday, I would say alot of those top running cars are "aggressive" drivers, but of coarse no one is going to notice that because you're all to worried about Tommy and what is doing... honestly its racing shit does happen, but when you drive into someone like that...he finished a race with half a car its def not the first time Tommy has done that...hes got a do or die attitude, and if more drivers had the attitude we might see some old time good old fashion racing!! Stop the hes to fast drama, and live with the fact that he an experience good driver, and you just can't handle the fact that he can win races 🙂

Saturday night at Sunset in the LLM feature was pathetic ! As a fan I must say I was pretty upset at how the race was carrying on . The #57 smashed the 47 car up pretty bad . Accident ? Well lets let those who watched have their input . If thats what it takes to make sure you pass your competitor , do us all a favour and leave your race car on the trailer . No racer makes enough to cover the damage that was inflicked on this racecar tonight . Then to top it all off I get some moron with the initials ( R.T. ) trying to pick a fight with me in the pits . Anybody that knows me realizes I'm not a very small guy and that was just uncalled for and just plain stupid . Night's like this I'm just sick of putting up with stress I seriously don't need .  I did get a chance to pull Chris Morrow away from the publics eye for a few minutes and had a one on one chat with him . I've said it before I do respect him as a racer and hope he and Tommy race cleanly to the finish in deciding this years Track Champion . by the way Chris have a Happy Birthday Wednesday .  Tommorrow is day 3 for racing this weekend for my friends and I . We will be heading to Barrie's Invitational cheering on #45 / #49 / #88 .

i agree pete Ron definitely left his brain in the trailer when he put his helmet on...from where i was sitting by corner one you could hear him get on the gas going into the corner to smash the 47....uncalled for despicable display in my eyes

Cheers

Mike

well if this doesn't seems like it could to into a smash Stompin' Tom thread I'm gonna throw my two cents in.....  Although  I have my own reasons (as I'm sure most people  do) for not being a diehard #47 fan (I'm sure my reasons are different then you may think)  Saturday nights second feature had me standing back watching Tom use his god given ability to drive back to the front masterfully by using smooth calculated moves (and half a car I might add) although most of the people around me thought he was out to wreck the #57  Tom showed me and I'm sure a few other non believers that he is indeed  still a force to be recond with, weather he reads this or not I myself have to say that for that 20-30 minute stretch I was a #47 fan and really admired the never say die atitude and the persaverance, dedication and personal control it took to get back to the front the way he did,  although some may not agree why they call him Stompin Tom  I for 1 do,  again I was super impressed Saturday and to be truthful loved watching that show, you have to give credit where it is due and believe me it's due and from my mouth or mind prolly way over due,  my hat is off to you Mr. Walters  you now have a new fan maybe not diehard but a fan all the same  I don't know how anybody can sit there and not like the never say die approach,  he always puts on a show and always finds his way up front (even with half a car) he's a true racer and in Saturdays 2nd feature ( that's the 1 I got to see) he showed everybody his true character as he is %100 racer and blew by the #57 like he was parked (maybe to the dismay of some) on his way back to the front to keep himself and his 26th championship hopes in hand!!!  as I said before a masterful display of pure driver ability and control!! that has just leaned this "not so much a fan" closer to "Fan"  too bad  there's only a handful of drivers like him left the sport needs more!!  Kudos to you Mr. Walters!!

Congrats to Mr. Morrow on the Duece!!

What you all failed to see was what Tom did do to Quesnelle two laps or so prior to Tom being taken into the wall.

It was a rough night in that division and Jibby I understand what your saying, it's not like Quesnelle said well tonight Tom's going into the wall, but he was almost taken out and it's happened on more than one occasion by Tom, obviously tempers flared and took over the thought process and what happened,  happened.

It's all part of racing wether we all agree or not, what goes around eventually comes around.

Congrats to Chris Morrow and as clean of a driver as Chris can be I've seen him respond in the same manner.  THEY ALL DO IT  At least you top runners.

Just wanted to address this and i know everyone is entitled to their opinion and im sorry but opinions like this?...this is the reason you fail reason number one...track official on here bashing good racing...reason number 2...what could this be you may ask...oh yes i was watching tom and ron battle and im sorry but tom did nothing to entice the resulting action other then pulling the sneak by on ron...i think ron is just getting frustrated with getting outwheeled now im not going to say that tom is the perfect driver but he has his off nights like everyone else lets get this straight in case you may not have noticed this is in my opinion the most talented field of LLM drivers in the province when everyone is on their "A" game so yet again you failed to see anything especially saying quesnelle put tom in the wall...he only spun him out tom miscalculated in spinning back around in the cloud of smoke and hit the wall i think trying to make a quick turn into the pits...and to add to how off personality quesnelle was he pulled up to the wall in corner one and gave a bunch of fans the finger...kids and all...and there wasnt a single bad word said or yelled to him...but tempers flare and i forgot from that tower you can see all...even though your story is full of holes....thank you for coming out

Cheers

Mike
