well done matt...heres a simple solution:

follow track rules...lapped cars to the inside....if ur stuck in the second or 3rd groove slow down if ur car is pushing so u can hold your line...

or work on your set up instead of pushing like a dump truck every weekend!

Slammer +1

Cheers

As far as Mike mentioning to do some research all I have to say the best place to start is at the track. I have had my share of bad cars and bad setups. I am still learning. I will have a car hooked up and the next week with the same setup run like crap.

I spent countless hours on the internet but only found 16 year old kids spewing off theories not anything they actually did. They say imitation is the best form of flattery so I looked at the cars that I thought ran well and asked those drivers lots of questions. You will find that most drivers would rather run side by side with you than to blow your doors off. They all love winning but love competition even more.

A good case in point about this is the Epic Motorsports team (which includes our very own Slammer, Colt Carcone, Username among others). These guys put a lot of work into building and maintaining championship cars. Colts father is one of this nicest men I have met and any one on that team would step up in a heartbeat to get your car around the track better and faster. The #48 car is a perfect example of a car that used to dog it until he was helped out. It was explained to me by Colts dad that he wanted to help get these guys up to the front of the pack and win by racing them.

If there is one thing I have found in racing is that racers are a giving, helpful bunch of people... Just ask!!!

exactly my point...when your car isnt handling ask someone for help instead of coming on here and bashing a driver when the incident was clearly lack of handle on your part...its better to learn and get faster than to get in the way....
