Special Olympics
Could someone please clarify if when Wes says the money was raised for the special olympics , does this mean that it will be forwarded to the local special olympics club which is south simcoe region superstars which held a special night for all local special olympians on aug. 23rd at sunset speedway.Could someone please post on here exactly what club of the special olympics all of this charity fund raising monies might be going too. The local club , the south simcoe superstars supports and funds over 8 different sports with funds raised by the club itself each year. With over 125 athletes , this club is considered one of the most progresive in ontario with many of these athletes making it to provincial and national games.
Just curious to where the funds might be going as the south simcoe superstars are the local club for special olympics and this is the first they've heard of any fund raiser.
Yup Wes is using Special Olympics as a scam. With a statement like that, it would be safe to assume your interest in the Special Olympics extends to compeating in them.
For $^$^%# sakes, the guy runs a charity auction and you clowns still go after him.

Best part is IF you take the time to find out where the money is going, like you should've before running your mouth, will you have the balls to eat your very stupid words? I really doubt it.
Ross I appologize if it seems i was implying something which i was not.Raising funds for any charity is vantastic.I was just wondering if it was going to the local area club , which it might very well be or maybe to some other club in another area which is also possible.Sorry if it seemed any other way,its just that the local club knew nothing,maybe another area club knew.Once again i appologize if people read something other into it.

One thing that I now urks me is when someone puts word in my mouth or tells me what I'm thinking and you see to do this a lot Ross but it turns ou you have no clue what people mean or wha they are thinking.

It gets to a point and I have seen it many times on this forum and many others I have run over the years. You keep getting under peoples skin they don't care if you have a valid or good point as you have went past the point of people valuing anything you have to say.
