I have no idea how you can call the drivers at Sunset field fillers???? When was the last time you were there. If anything not to take anything away from Tom, but he has the best car money can buy, the best crew available (dedicated) and he is one hell of a driver. I think what upsets people with Tom is he's been a big fish in a little pond for a long long time....
I agree with Deb most tracks have had there ups and downs this year but without question the racing at Sunset in every class has been the best l have seen in a long time,Sunset is lucky to have Walters and that is evident by many on here begging him to come back to Barrie were they have never treated there champions with respect thats why they dont stick around,hope you enjoyed watching Dwayne last night because he's the latest of a long line of talented champions to say see ya.

I absolutely agree with Deb. We are one of many of these families that used to go to Barrie and now we go to Sunset. WHY? Tom Walters!!!!!!
Yes your right Deb!!! Maybe a little out of bounds with the "Field Filler" comment. How bout fields of a less competitive nature than that of Barrie Speedway??? That work for you?? You know the saying stats dont lie??? Want proof?? Again I will say that since Tommy made the move to Sunset at midway point of last season every single feature but for 2 have been won by Chris or Tommy. (Witty & Parsons each won one in that time frame) I"d hardly call that competitive racing. Where if you look at Barrie during the same time I would say you would have at least 10 different feature winners in that same span. And when Walters did leave Barrie that season I'd even suggest his stats were less than stellar, and look what hes done since at Sunset!!!! Sure track configuration and race format plays a part in that, but this is why I feel that way!! Again sorry for the comment. To answer your question the last race I saw at Sunset was last year in a Thurs invitational. (One that Barrie cars dominated for the record taking 4 of the top 5 spots) That was only Thunders and Pure Stocks that day. For the last LLM race I saw there 2005 would be the answer in Kenny Bemrose's retirement race that he won. That one was one big train race with only Kenny willing and able to work the outer groove, on what I'm sure you will admit has become one terrible racing surface. Sorry to upset you, but I'm sure you know I have the utmost respect for you and all of your family and always will have.

Well Alan I'M cutting you a reprieve on your 90 day blackflag but you are again mistaken ( Go figure) . If I remember correctly when I debated with you in the past, it had nothing to do with cars showing up for invitationals at Barrie!!! In fact I kinda of agree there and could tell you the reason why as well!! I believe it was under the Killer B's invade Sunset thread!! ( You know Baker, Brown and Blackflagagain) none of which have still made a Sunset appearance. You blew it buddy!!! Your suspension was over at the end of this month, but for being so forgetful you have now been given an extra 30 days!!! Talk to you Nov 1st, that is if you ever come up with something worthy of my time again and with your race knowledge( or lack there of) I cant forsee that happening!!! Hit the books son!!!
