I also would agree the track could use some basic "maintenance" it does look pretty rough.....

It's not a big deal...to me personally..I go to watch racing..I could careless how the place looks...but I'm sure a lot do.

and believe me...I'm not sure how many on here have been to Richmond before..but that place.....the washrooms are terrible....there in worse shape then a lot of the local tracks around here..and so is there concessions.

I never really understood why the 4 cylinder class features run last at Sunset. Once the LM feature is done lots of people leave. The race begins to get to the parking lot.
If you can't get your show in by 10:30 - 11:00 you have a problem (barring a wreckfest). Get rid of the bike races and School Bus races and footraces and just run a solid program. If you want to give kids some swag, then go ahead and do it.
I like to go to Sunset, it is different but fun to go down there. Of course Barrie seems to be nicer grounds etc..., but I know several million $$$ hasn't been spent at Sunset on renos. I really like the configuration, but it does need resurfacing.
Both Barrie and Sunset have a very loyal fan base. Sunset should try to work with the new management of Barrie for some specials and Invi's, and put some $$$ into the track improvements.
Remember guys Barrie has it's problems right now with the new management and staff learning the business and growing the track.

Just my opinion of course, and not bashing Sunset. As most of you know I enjoy going down there.
