This weekend would be ideal to bring kids, they have the bike races happening. Good fun for them as long as he he under 12 I think is the max.
The idea of switching up the direction of the race for the Four Funs has been suggested before, but the insurance company really won't like that much especially with the wall setp (as BDF eluded to). Wouldn't it be cool though - 10 bucks says a new winner would be crowned in that race. 🙂

Awesome, this is my first weekend back out this year..!!! I took the car up Wednesday night, haven't touched it since last fall and it was screamin'.
Ken Britt was there timing me and I let him take the car for a few hot laps as well, sad thing is I think he was faster than me in it. LOL. ;D
Kenny is an amazing driver and one of the nicest guys at the track. He deserves a championship big time! (But I digress...)
Back on topic though. If things are that mixed up in scoring then unfortunately the teams will have to keep track of their finishes. And maybe help out the guys who don't have many people at the track to help them out. Then, if there are problems later, all the different results sheets can be compiled and compared. But there really are two problems here - the finishing positions and the addition/calculation of those points. It has to get sorted out NOW or things will get very ugly at the end of the season.
Karen and her daughter were very good at what they did - it's too bad they aren't up there anymore. Back then they had finishes to me before I left the track then I calculated the points - it was a good system IMO.

What about taping the races from the tower mainly at the start finish line. Also have a camera facing into turn 1-2 & 3-4 as well that would solve a lot. The tapes should be kept for two weeks, before reusing them, in case any disputes arise in the two weeks. I would be willing to operate a couple of them if it was accepted.
That should like a good place to start and the team has 2 weeks if they feel they were scored wrong.
