i was just wondering what the rules were! But if the race starts when the leader passes the line then why doesn't everybody get a jump like that and try to go 3 wide?

you sometimes see that

it's not exactly talked about at the drivers meetings unless someone has a grievance with it. so the less experienced drivers most likely dont know about it unless they read the general rules

I see. different track different rules. It just confused me that's all. Thanks for the clarification on that! Yeah i seen the person that was on the track after the Liscum incident. He wouldn't get off the track and finally he did. Did Liscum get DQ'd for his crew jumping on the #8 car? I know if I did that on the last night I would get no points or money! The situation was handled well for the fans but was the situation handled well behind the scenes as well? And I've never seen so many cars on the same track that look like Frank Davey's car from  Barrie! There was alot of them!

I just dont do it because it tends to piss people off and if someones not expecting you coming on the high side its easy to get squished in the wall...and when your back in 78th position lol its hard to see when the leader actually passes the line....there were 34 cars i believe in the line-up for the 4 cyl feature even after a rule was made about there being a consi if there were more than 30 cars.....i believe the comment from someone was....i make the rules i can change them

wow then maybe they should have had a consi. I know that Barrie a few years ago was very inconsitant. One week they would have 28 cars and the next they would have 30, the week after they would have 26. The thing that bothered me about this was there was always 35 cars at least at the track. They would run a consi and they would send a different amount of cars home each week. WE got it sorted out though that no more then 26 4 cylinders would start a race. Anymore then that and it gets ridiculous!
