I cant see everyone putting 8 grand into a class that might not fly and runs one track. Maybe a couple. So thats 3rd or 4th..lol.
When we started minis at Flamboro my $250 Shelby won heats everyweek and a feature. Now it would just make the feature.
For 8 grand I would buy a cheap LM and run everywhere.

Although Thayne pretends to know about everything from chassis set ups to Lajoie seats he does know how much his daddy spent to build his highly modified mini stock and 8K sounds about right.

me, my dad and nick french did alot of the work ourselves, and the car is not highly modded, god we even put together our own engine! who are u to assume what we spent on our car...our engine cost 1300.00 this year....

I know about chassis setup it isn't pretending..i know far from everything...nick and chance were the ones that handled much of that and are great at it, not to mention my tire guy Kenny Reynolds, who has worked for many years with Joe woods and john gaunt...I had a great team...instead of being bitter...catch up!
