If there is it will go by points, I am pretty sure Rob Gibson qualifies..I might be wrong but if that is the case it will go to him, or if not it will be Stacey Clark, those are the only 2 in the top 20 that would qualify but again I am not certain if they had any previous seat time in RR.

Would it be Hart in TC or would it be Richard Butler? I know Richard has raced for many years but not sure what classes he ran. I am pretty sure he ran Street Stock years ago but not sure where or what after that…. I know Hart has never been in or driven a race car till this year and was in the lead for rookie of the year till he blew his motor in practice on Sept 20 allowing Richard to move ahead….  in my opinion he would be the rookie either way but I know points do take it….
