I agree with you %100 ..
And I know who you are talking about.
The problem is when the official says "you were sandbagging, your out of here", it's hard to provide hard evidence of that. You know the driver will be able to come up with every excuse in the book. "The car was missing", "I tried a new setup that didn't work", "my foot slipped off the pedal"..

Well, when the official tells them that they were sandbagging, that is when they should go to the lap times. Sunset does run a transponder now, so simply by looking at the lap times, the officials can say "This is what you were running before, this is what you are now." When you adjust the setup, it does not change the power of the car. Sure, they could say that they changed some things, their foot slipped, ect. ect. But like i said, look at the lap times. Transponders are accurate and should be used like this more often....

If I am leading the points at the end of next year, I will be sandbaging to stay out of tech, just sayin hehehehe.  😀

Sandbaging is stratagy, and stratagy is a part of all sports.  Its all part of what make it interesting.  I say kudos to anyone who can git r done without wrecking people, by any means, and take home the bacon.

How do you figure sandbagging is "strategy"??? If your leading the points, you must have been in tech at least one time during the season... And if you were in tech and passed, then you have nothing to hide.....
