if you knew anything yetti about what went on, you would know herbie lost because he ran out of money and the car took a beating from june-august it wasnt the same car. Yes he did have a rough ac but the car wasnt handling it was pushing like a dump truck. Hey if he had a good handling car it would of been a different story. But hey if it was easy anyone could do it.

A great driver got beat before the end of the year because of $$$.  And that driver also has alot of knowledge and help...so where does that leave the rest?

he kept fixing his car from being in wrecks who really can afford to dump 1000 bucks into there car every week. Has nothing to do with anything else except for bad racing luck. you get in wrecks its gonna cost money. you dont wreck you dont need to spend money in repairs

Yetti he finished 8th at autumn colours and top 5 in points amongst the best thundercar field in the province. Not sure what your definition of run over is but that isn't run over. Also lost the championship so did 35 other drivers registered at sunset. Anyways I'm sorry I ever brought Herbie into this (know that I am not speaking on his behalf) because you people obviously will never be wrong. The point of my post was to say that is is possible to run with the big spenders on your own old equipment. I personally invite you to come to sunset and try and crack the top 5 in points with your hotrod, but beware. The competition level at sunset isn't equalled anywhere else in the province so if you cant do it at your home track I would just leave it in the driveway. As for the crate motor it was brand new at the start of this year he just opted not to change the timing chain as the new 602 was supposed to come with double roller I was told anyways and that's what broke at sunset not the motor.

I didnt buy a second motor, i took it to johnny s and got it fixed, u r makin it sound like its the first timing chain to breakin one of those motor, guess it was just too much rev limiter pounding ;D
